These are provided to ensure that both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations regarding our service.

GENERAL

Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website, but from time to time there may be a stock discrepancy and we may not be able to fulfil all items at the time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfil the available products and contact you to ask whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or receive a refund.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.

The shipping cost displayed at checkout will be the final shipping price charged to the customer.

RETURNS

3.1 Return Due To Change Of Mind

Atoyontitan will accept returns due to change of mind as long as a request to return is received by us within 30 days of receipt of the item and the item is returned in original packaging, unused, and in resellable condition.

Return shipping will be paid at the customer’s expense, and customers will be required to arrange their own return shipping.

Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed in accordance with our Refund Policy. We will notify you once this has been completed by email.

Atoyontitan will refund the value of the goods returned but will not refund any shipping costs paid.

3.2 Warranty Returns

Atoyontitan will honour valid warranty claims, provided a claim is submitted within 90 days of receipt of the items.

Customers will be required to pre-pay the return shipping; however, we will reimburse return shipping costs upon successful warranty claims.

Upon receipt of items for a warranty claim, you can expect Atoyontitan to process your claim within 7 days.

Once the warranty claim is confirmed, you will receive the choice of:

  • (a) a refund to your original payment method
  • (b) a refund in store credit
  • (c) a replacement item sent to you, if stock is available

DELIVERY TERMS

4.1 Transit Time Domestically

In general, our handling time is 1–3 business days.

Estimated delivery options may include:

  • Economy Shipping: 5 to 8 business days
  • Standard Shipping: 3 to 4 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the courier and destination.

4.2 Transit Time Internationally

At this time, we may not offer international shipping to all destinations. Availability of international shipping, where applicable, will be shown at checkout.

4.3 Dispatch Time

Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days of payment. Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday during standard business hours, except on public holidays in the United Kingdom.

4.4 Change Of Delivery Address

We can change the delivery address at any time before the order has been dispatched.

4.5 P.O. Box Shipping

We may ship to P.O. Box addresses using postal services only. Courier services may not be available for these locations.

4.6 Military Address Shipping

We may be able to ship to military addresses using postal services where available. Courier services may not be available for these destinations.

If an item is out of stock, we will dispatch the in-stock items immediately and send the remaining items once they return to stock, or contact you with alternative options.

TRACKING NOTIFICATIONS

Upon dispatch, customers may receive a tracking link to follow the progress of their shipment where tracking is available.

PARCELS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

If a parcel is damaged in transit, please reject the parcel where possible and contact our customer service team immediately. If the parcel has been delivered without your presence, please contact us for the next steps.

DUTIES & TAXES

7.1 Sales Tax

Where applicable, sales tax or VAT is included in the price of the goods displayed on the website.

7.2 Import Duties & Taxes

For international shipments, import duties and taxes may be payable upon arrival in the destination country. These charges vary by country and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

CANCELLATIONS

INSURANCE

Parcels may be insured for loss and damage up to the value stated by the courier.

We will process a refund or replacement once the courier confirms that the parcel is lost in transit.
